Forms that have been posted after the announcement of slots opening will be the only ones accepted. Any posted way before will not be, as it would provide an unfair advantage to others and/or already be being done by another artist that decided to pick up on the form. If you ever want to quickly submit a form that was not accepted previously due to filled slots, you could quote the previous one you posted and repost. :>
Also, I tend to go by a pick-and-choose style to make sure that I can actually complete the order. Even if you see forms posted for my slots, you will still have a chance at nabbing one, though the one I had open is now full. smilingHunter has her slots open now, too, though I believe those are first come first serve.
