I gaze around, taking in the scene with a flood of fearful calmness, I must try. I nudge my wolf back gently, motioning that we must try, it may be worth it. But we must be stealthy and intelligent to make it out.

Your wolf puts his tail in your hands, an you grasp it. He will guide you. You move forward, and see the raging flames. It is an odd sight, the flames are not spreading. You wolf creeps lower to the ground as the smoke gets thicker. He drags you down with him. You crawl toward the fire.

Will you go around it and check out the back, or head through, and try not to burn yourself?

Heart beating fast, and blood rushing in my ears I devide to head forward. I know that there's a chance of injury, but what is life without risk? And the fact that the flames aren't spreading seems convincing to me, must try. The smoke stings my throat and my eyes start watering thickly, but I wipeit away, facing the task before me. I stroke Cool Striped, half to comfort him, abd half to comfort myself. My eyes shine with a bright fiery determination in the flickering half-light.

Burning bush after burning bush you go, jumping this way and that, blinded with smoke. You must trust your wolf with everything you have to get you out safely, for you cannot see. You tug along, clinging to his tail. You feel water inbeetween you toes. It feels so good... Water? You struggle to see. But sure enough, you are neck deep in a lake. Cool Stripes swims beside you. The water is freezing cold to add to the weirdness. Cool Stipe Lapps at the water, saving his dry throat. He encourages you to do the same. You do. You two shall continue your journey now. You get out of the water, and jump out of the way of a falling burning tree. You're trapped. Cool Stripes sees no solution, and turns desparately. There is no way out. None at all.

Will you wait it out, try to keep cold, try to stay alive in the small area, or jump into the fire, get it over with.

I stroke the wolf slightly, trying to comfort the two of us. "We'll make it out, you'll see…" I murmur encouragingly. I'm not sure what to do, but know that somehow, everything will work out in the end. Fired by this thought I think. Weighing my options. The fire was hot, I needed to stay cool, and well away from it. And I wasn't going to die.

(Can I add plot twists, or should I let you make up exactly what happens based on my decisions?)

Suddenly, the fire dies down, and backs away. Te fire is still there, but it is calm...

And wolf emerges from the smoke, it's fur bright with flames.



It ignores the flames, and walks to you. He doesn't seem defensive, but the way he looks at you says "touch me and I shall slaughter you both"

(No I meant, could I have made something up, like they could fall into a secret tunnel, but never mind)

Quickly, I grapple for something in my bag, the piece of meat I had brought, neatly wrapped in a large leaf that I had found, so it wouldn't taste so odd. I gave the wolf a respectful wolf, holding out the meat, my heart hammering in my chest. If my looks were words it would say, "I will not harm you," I hoped the wolf wouldn't take this is a bad way.

Yeah I know, I don't like it when people do that, cause I have the whole thing planned out)

He sniffs the meat, and wags his tail. Cool Stripes readies himself to defend you, but he doesn't have to. The fire dies completely. Congrats u got him, I'll give stats later!
