I know all of the mods are extremely busy, and all of the users are getting very impatient. There are many of us that do have the time to go through 50 + PM's and sort this all out. This isn’t an ideal situation for the users, who have time but not access, or the mods, who have access but do not have time.

Why not hire/appoint one of those persons that do have time to do this? So many people are eager to do it I have no doubt you could find someone trustworthy to do it without even having to pay them. I would even be willing to do it, completely for free, and have it done by Halloween. I’d be over the moon to help the mods get this busywork off of their plates, so they could be completely free and focus on schoolwork and real life.

And if you didn't trust someone to do it in PM, have it done on a public forum! There, all of it would be recorded, publicly, and anyone who edited their forms would not be awarded their items. Everyone would be able to post what they want and the amounts, and it could be totaled for approval, or just done and added to the bank and items lists. And you wouldn't have to worry about anyone cheating, because you could always confirm it!

I second Shinkei's idea of 'hiring' someone to help sort through everything; if needed, I could actually make a public thread right now, and it would only take a little while. ^^"
I don't have school or homework to worry about. Sure, I have work, but I could update things while on break, before I leave, or as soon as I get home.

This was meant to be a fun and exciting celebration, and most of you are just concerned with the prizes. Honestly, calm down everyone. No one likes the same questions getting asked over and over and over and over. The shops will be sorted out. PEOPLE HAVE LIVES BEYOND CHICKEN SMOOTHIE. Yes, it is a great site, but this does not mean that every person here spends 20 hours a day sorting through anniversary prizes. Respect that most of us are loaded with homework, and SCHOOL COMES FIRST. Seriously, calm down and be patient. >_>

On another note, I already purchased the curling iron via PM a couple of months ago owo <3

Guys, the support is appreciate, but please refraining from posting on this thread anymore.

There are no immediate plans to hire additional staff - you guys will just have to be patient. I assure you all that we will fulfill our side of this event, so please make this easier and less stressful for us by not constantly hounding us about when we're going to start updating and opening things. We will be opening the shops, and we will be completing all of the reference updates. However, we are people who have lives and schoolwork (which should always come first) so I'm afraid you need to just suck it up. If the situation was reversed, I'm pretty sure you'd start dreading logging into CS - nothing but complaints is what we tend to see, which really doesn't give us an motivation to work extra hard. If you're not going to be grateful, why should we work extra hard?

So. If you have an issue with this, please PM me. If you do nothing but complain about the staff, however, I will gladly give you a warning.

Alright, I don't think this has been said yet, but Talon, Syra, and I will be opening the coin shop and gem shop. We have been trying to pick a good time to do it, but unfortunately everyone has been busy or sick. Please hang with us while we try to work it out. There will be at least the three of us running the shops since it is a HUGE effort to try to do this and do it correctly. We will be opening either in short bursts (30 minutes at a time to begin with, unless we get absolutely flooded, in which case we may have to shorten the time) to try to make it as easy as possible and then eventually work towards being open longer (they will be opening intermittently until the business has slowed down enough that we can have both open at the same time).

We have been trying to choose a proper time to start doing this, but you guys will have to be patient a bit longer. I know some of you are upset that you haven't been able to exchange your coins and gems, but we've been working hard to try to figure out how to do it. Please do not mistake our inactivity with this thread for apathy, we are really trying to settle this in a way that it can be easily handled.

We hope to open tonight, but that is not a promise. It all depends on if and when we can get the team together. We will definitely be opening tomorrow if it does not work today.

Please do not post things after this like "I can't wait!" or "finally!" Please only post legitimate questions, as anything else will be considered spam.

I understand all of you guys are tired of waiting and will probably be excited/relieved about the shops opening, but getting the same comment from a bunch of people gets really terribly spammy.



If you have any questions concerning amounts not being updated, not having the correct amount, having an item missing, etc... please pm me or another staff member immediately! We will try to work everything out before we open! Do not try to trick us into thinking you're missing something that you're not. We have records and such that will be cross checked by multiple staff members.

I'm very sorry, but we aren't permitting the trade of coins, gems, or items ;u; It was decided to be this way to be much easier on the staff and to prevent the temptation for someone to use multi-accounting to cheat. Hope this helps.

We will be opening conversions for twenty four hours soon. When we open, you will be allowed to send conversions/reverse conversions.
