Info: Neon Soul used to be in a herd with Toxic until one day Toxic was traveling around the Southern part of the Wasteland and found Persephone. One day Neon Soul decided to travel with him and he saw Persephone and fell in love with her. He wanted Persephone to be his mate as Toxic did. Neon Soul and Toxic would fight over her but they left the decision up to the mare. Persephone loved Toxic as he did her and knew he loved her from her personality not just her looks. So her and Toxic left while Neon Soul was trapped where Persephone was. While Neon Soul was trapped he started thinking about Persephone which now enraged him because she is not his from then on he hated Toxic. But Neon Soul is still on the look out for Toxic. Neon Soul is very strong and brave too. He loves mares and knows how smexy he is and uses it to his advantage when flirting and meeting mares.
