Just so you know, the Photobucket adoptable system no longer works- PB now adds random numbers and letters to the end of each URL, which really sucks v-v

You'd have to add that on to each adoptable image in your art program.

Whatever art program you are using, if it has a text feature (like adding text onto MS paint images), type it in there or you can draw it in as well. It's just part of making the adoptable, not outside of the art program.

okay i get what you're saying so, basically you might as well have to draw it in on chickensmoothie? plus the fake sign?

If you are making it in CS Oekaki, you have to draw it on. To make the CS-pet version of a tag, it's normally done with a gray bar at a lowered opacity, and then the text over that, to make it resemble a CS pet tag. But Oekaki doesn't have text, so you have to write it/draw it on yourself. Otherwise, there is no automated way to do it- you have to do it yourself.

Also, recommendation, keep all the important stuff on the first page (news, adoptables, breeding, customs, etc.). A lotta lazy people (including me) don't want to flip to the next page to continue reading. Continue...
