SOO going for Pyre, i love him <3

Lexi smiled at the large dragon's cuiosity, sniffing her pockets and bag. I am Lexi. If you want, i will show you what is in the bag. She said to him, lifting the bag off of her sholder. The markings of this dragon were very cool, and she wanted to also know more about him. Very nice to meet you, Pyre. Looks like we have something in common, we both are curious and like secrets. I've got a few to show you. She said, kneeling down. Her eyes looked up at him, and she smiled. i mean, if you want to know what they are. She sat cross legged, and put her hair up in a ponytail. SHe pulled something that looked like a necklce, and held it out to him. It glowed a vibrant neon blue, and glowed brighter as it was closer to him. I found this on the way. I was hoping to give it to you as a gift, also to see of you could figure it out, because you are most likely much wiser then me. She said to him, her voice echoing. If you are still intrested, I have many more things to show you. She said, smiling. Who knows, we might discover something very important.

After a few hours, She reaches into her bag, and pulls out a large, flat stone. She looks at it quizicly for a moment, before turning it to Face Pyre, who was now laying beside her. She holds it closer for him to see, and peeks over the top. It is made of a shiny black stone,where you could see your refection even though it was black. It had white markings all over it, covering alot of the space. It's ragged edges were sharp, and Lexi had to hold it carfully. She again looked at it, and layed it down inbetween them. She traced her finger over one of the inscriptions lovingly, and looked up at Pyre. I found this on one of my journies. I thought you might be intrested. She said, streaching out her legs and leaning back onto her elbows. I found it when i was exploring Gwanti, a very new land far to the north. I dug it out of a cave, much like the one we are in now. I found many more, but had to keep this one. The rest went to a musem. She said, grumbling the last part. She then looked outside, and saw the clouds that had been forming were getting darker, signaling a storm. Lexi sighed. Pyre, do you know of a cave near by i could use? The storms' gonna block me out, and i dont want to intrude on your cave. She said, trying to be polite as possible to the dragon. I mean, unless you want me to stay... She said, starting to think of the loneliness that she had had to endure for the past few weeks. Pyre, i know this sounds crazy, but are you looking for a conpanion? She asked hopfully.

A small elf with wings walks into the cave. Dragua smiles when the great blue dragon pads up to her. "Hello," She says. "I found this place on my way to explore an unknown forest to the north, past these mountains. I can tell you are curious, are you not?" When Pyre nudges her, she grins and pulls out a small, leather bound book. "This is the journal I use to keep track of all my adventures. It has many secrets about my adventures. I can show it to you if you like." Pyre settles down next to her and the two spend hours reading together, learning much about each other. "I need to go now." Dragua says sadly. "However, if you wish to come......" She leaves it hanging, waiting for Pyre to choose.

Calvin walked through the cave, finally stopping and turning in circles. Brilliant, he thought. I'm lost again. Who are you? He whipped around as the loud, curious voice came from the cavern opposite him. The huge black-and-blue dragon occupying it tilted its head, staring at him. I'll ask again, who are you? it rumbled. Mentally, of course. Calvin realized that this was the only way it made sense for dragons to talk. "Oh... my... kumquat!" Calvin yelled. "You are amazing!" He ran over to the dragon, (which was now looking even more curious, and slightly amused) Calvin was about to stroke the sleek black foreleg, whan he suddenly renembered that he was standing next to a huge dragon, and no idea how it might react to his touch. Or his presence. Or his approach, which could be seen as a threat. My name is Calvin. he said, anwering it back in its own way. May I ask what to call you? I am Pyre. the dragon awnsered. (This is what's going on in Calvin's head right now: OMK I'M TALKING TO A DRAGON!!!!!!!!! SQUEE!!!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!) I told you earlier. Pyre seemed amused. You didn't hear. "Ah." said Calvin. "Well. I apologize for any words I have caused you to say unnessacerily." He smiled and touched the black scales lightly with two fingers. You are brilliant. I would be honored to have such a noble animal as a partner. I'm sure you're a brilliant flyer. I am as well. He opened huge feathery black-and-white wings. Of course, you can also run. Very well I should think, as you have magnificent hooves. Unusual for your species, (by this he means dragons) but please do not take that as an insult. I can run too. He turned into a huge black wolf and back again. "Ha. I think I'm just showing off. (:D) Now, if you'll excuse me, I won't waste any more of your time. I believe I've found my way out of here." Calvin could hear his friend, (who'd actually been prepared for going into a deep unexplored cave) calling his name. "I need to get back to, er, where I live. Which happens to be a box. Which happens to be a time machine. Which happens to be blue. Um... I really have to go." He turned to leave. Of course, if you were to follow...

[Queen Vivane]

The journey up the mountains was hard but I had finally found a a good cave where I could rest for a while away from the harsh wind that had been buffeting me about. Padding inside I scented the air there was something curious on the air I couldn't work out what it was, a blue light appeared in the back of the cave and began to work its way forward. The light grew into dancing flames that moved strangely until my eyes adjusted and they adorned the hooves of a huge dragon. Who are you? he asked the question ringing through my mind as he snuffled me curiously taking quite an interest in my pockets and my bag. I laughed as his nose brushed over one of my more ticklish spots. His penetrating blue eyes bore into me as waited for me to speak. I'll ask again, Who are you? You may call me Pyre.

"Greetings Pyre I am known as Fenris" I said with a grin showing off my sharp pointed teeth. My fur was illuminated by Pyres' flickering blue flames, what are you? He asked looking me up and down. "I am a worgen able to shift between this form and a human one anytime I wish" I replied twirling a lock of curly blonde hair round my finger. "What do you look for in a companion Pyre? Assuming your looking for one at all" I asked quietly, the dragon remained silent for a moment then looked me straight in the eye.

Alex glanced at her watch; she looked at the cave intently, attempting to distract herself with Ahrax’s rejection, of course she knew he wouldn’t go with her, she had calculated the outcomes easily, her last statement had been true of course, she had hoped it would change something,
Stupid. she told herself, glancing at her watch once more, almost on queue the cave was illuminated with soft dancing light.

Alex smirked as a large dragon stepped out of the darkness,
“A few moments off but we can work on that” She told herself proudly, watching as the Dragon’s head snaked forward, he was clearly very curious,
“Who are you?” He asked, he seemed absolutely intrigued especially with her pockets, Alex allowed a thin smile to play on her lips as the dragon repeated,
“I’ll ask again, who are you?”

“I am Alexandria Perfentis, as you can see I am not a normal child” The smile and her eyes seemed out of place on her small body, “I work closely with the fairy race, their police force in particular. Quite a shy race, I am the only human to have seen them and not received a mind wipe”

Alex pulled a small device from her pocket; it seemed like a think wafer of jet-black metal and showed it to the dragon in front of her,
“This is a piece of technology they gave me since I refused to wear one of those ridiculous helmets, it has holographic maps, voice control only to the owners voice plus many more shall we say… features?” She told him, showing him the map by sliding her finger over once and allowing a holographic map of the mountain flicker to life before going on,
“I would like to offer you my companionship Pyre and in addition to a life studying their technology which is much more advanced than this I will give you this riddle, it is an easy one mind you I have much harder ones but for now this will suffice,

With this Alex gave a small smile and waited…

I sat quietly, having observed the bonded of the first two Nevorath I had come across. I had travelled quite a bit, learning of the world around me, and this...this place had to be the most amazing. I was enthralled by the dragon-esque creatures that inhabited here, and I was quite eager to possibly bond with one. I just had to find the perfect one; a Nevorath that had my love of learning, and of puzzles. Ever since I was a child, I had been told I had insatiable curiosity...I had never grown out of that phase. I still loved puzzles like none other, and had my own collection of riddles and mind games I liked to play with willing participants, just out of fun.

I was pulled from my sketches of the cavern I found myself in, giving in to the other part of me - the artist that lived beside the puzzle master - by a large shadow moving from the darkness, revealing itself to be not a shadow, but a massive Nevorath, blue flames flickering up his dark legs. I smiled as he approached, standing to greet him properly, my clear, blue eyes locked on to him.

Who are you? his great voice resonated in my mind, as his large head sniffing at my multiple pockets, holding various objects I had found in my travels, along with pencils, pens, scraps of paper and the like; everything I used to create my sketches of the world I encounter. I was amused by his blatant curiosity, much like my own; I had a feeling we would get along quite well in our love of learning. Maybe, just maybe, he would enjoy riddles, just as much as I did. I'll ask again, Who are you? You may call me Pyre.


"Hello, Pyre. You wish to know my name? How about we make a deal...if you can answer my riddle, I will tell you my full name, but, for now, you can call me The Traveller. I can tell you enjoy learning, and enjoy puzzles as much as I; I feel as though we could make an excellent team. I can offer exploration of secrets, figuring out secret symbols of lost civilizations, finding the answers to the history of the world we live in. I can tell you're interested in secrets, or hidden meanings...and I would be happy and honored to have you as a companion in finding out secrets all around.

Now...how about that riddle, hmm? It's a relatively simple one, though it requires some thought. Riddle me this, Pyre:

What goes on four legs in the morning,
on two legs at noon,
and on three legs in the evening?"

I smiled, waiting for his answer, hoping that I would get the chance to have this intelligent beast as a companion on my many travels.
