Kennel Number: 63
Use: warrior cat oc, perfect for one I have but haven't had art made of! Used often in Murderers in Thunderclan, a role playing forum game based on the Warrior Cats book series by Erin Hunter. He'd receive plenty of art and spoiling, as Crowflight's concept is one if my favorite OC concepts.
Name: Crowflight
Gender: Transgender male, meaning he was born biologically female but prefers male pronouns. I don't have him undergo any sort of transition as it's not possible in his world.
Species and/or specific breed: cat, has piebaldism, creating the white on his coat.
Personality: Crowflight is a loyal cat, always protecting the ones he loves without mercy on those that have hurt them. When he's not protecting his clan or few loved ones, he's often found playing with the kits. He'd love a family of his own one day, but would prefer to adopt rescued or orphaned kits than have his own. He can often be found around camp helping the apprentices or elders. He tends to stay away if they're grumpy though. He has very few loved ones, due to rejection from his family when he came out as transgender.
His parents constantly berated him about it, causing his shyness and inability to bond with others. When he does get close to someone, he takes it very seriously and will protect them with his life.
When he isn't with the ones he cares about or helping out around camp, he can be found out in the territory, spending his free time worrying and talking to himself. He's often worried about more than he thinks, as his clan understands that every cat is important, no matter what. His mood shifts quickly and often. He can be found with the kits one minute and then out in the territory the next.
Despite understanding that people care about him, he's lonely and tends to shy away from others when they offer help. He's afraid of rejection from his clan and the tom he's come to crush on, so he tends to tell them he's okay even if he's not. Despite all of this, Crowflight, once he trusts you, will trust you with every secret he has and even with his own life, and you can surely trust him with yours.
History/Background:
Crowflight grew up in his clan, but his parents rejected him. Most of the clan were rather respectful when he decided he was a boy, that being a girl didn't fit for him. His parents disliked it, disowning him and begging the leader at the time to send him away, saying Starclan would see it as unnatural, though Starclan didn't really seem to have a problem with it either, or so he was told by a medicine cat apprentice. His parents were killed by monsters (cars, in human terminology), his mother being taken by one and his father going after her only to be hit. He was then taken care of by another queen in the nursery until he came of age for apprenticeship. He was then known as Crowpaw, and for the clan, he became a normal apprentice. For himself, he felt he had to prove himself to everyone, and his parents, whom he hoped watched him in starclan. He hoped they saw him and loved him. For him, life was the routine of wake up, train, eat, train, sleep, nightmares and repeat. The medicine cats began to give him poppy seeds to calm him down when he had his nightmares, but what helped most were the other apprentices cuddling around him when he had the nightmares. He felt safest with them, felt as though his clan loved him for him. At 13 moons old he became a warrior along with several other apprentices, becoming Crowflight, after a rather nasty border skirmish with Riverclan that severely harmed one of the other warriors. He and the other two apprentices had protected the warrior from further harm, as well as protected the border. They ended up dragging the warrior back to camp by themselves because none of them could run to get help due to injuries.
