Not only is the simple animation my work, but I also colored and did the small edits on this Orb Cat. I do not own the idea for the character or the lineart, though.

Yes, I'm a mod on another adoptable page and I've had to enforce rules on many of my roleplays.

If someone had 5 of these dogs and they put up an adoption form for another one, that breaks another rule.
What would you do if your example happened and you were a Mod??;;
I'd quote their form and tell them that adopters can only have five. I can be strict, but I can't be RUDE.
