I never look at other forms. I think its rude to take a name someone else thought up first. Of course there are times when people put the same name without looking at others forms, but it shouldn't happen often, and it shouldn't really happen with really strange and unique names. But now for the uber rare I wanted examples for what you have to do to win, so I look at past uber rares for examples.
