Extra: Mimi has been hopping along riverside rocks and through the grass, chasing after a beautiful butterfly he found! It's the same colour as him, so she'd love to catch up to it and try to make friends! She eventually does catch up to the bug, and luckily enough the pretty pink butterfly lands on her nose! It made his day, as he sits and happily purrs while glancing around for any other butterflies.. or maybe something else?

bumble dips her paws in the icy water and lets out a surprised and indignant squeak, withdrawing once she feels the temperature. her fluffed-up tail thrashes as they pace back and forth by the riverbank, gold, shiny piercings jingling in her ears. unlike other wuzzies nearby, she isn't as interested in the fish in the water -- she is more preoccupied with the sight of a warm-looking patch of grass on the other side. but however will they get over? the water is freezing!!

after a lot of deliberation with herself, she finally decides to just get it over with. they brace their paws against the ground before charging into the water with a yowling battle-cry. her fur is drenched and there's water in her nose, but that doesn't matter, because she's curling up on that patch of grass, feeling the warmth of the sun fill her bones once more.

lying there, they glance to the left, before letting out a squeak of shock - that entire time, there had been a cluster of flat-surfaced rocks in the river that she could have climbed over instead!

Extra: Tattonous shivered as it walked through the river's cold banks. The sand felt like rocks in Tattonous's paws, grinding away at their little bit of sanity left. Angered, Tattonous clawed at the sand, causing it more problems. Defeated, Tattonous lowered their head and started walking in the river, the surprisingly warm stream cleaning it's paws.

Extra: Being an expert fisher Louie walks down to the riverside, and stands over the water looking at the fish below. he waits for a second or two before jumping in the river without hesitation, he likes water and doesn't mind getting wet. He chaises after fish for a while before sitting down in the middle of the lake and looking around the tree line, just enjoying the scenery and the feel of the water against his fur. He watches calmly as the other wuzzies wrestle and splash each other in the water, and than the other ones who don't like water that much. this sight makes him smile, he looks around and is able to move his paw quick enough to catch a fish! Score! He purrs happily and picks it up, this day is a good day

Visage felt called again to walk by the riverside. They noticed the weather was good for it— sunny and warm, with warm patches of gold that let warmth soak comfortably into their fur. It would’ve been perfect reading weather, if not for the bluster— the light wind nipping slightly at their whiskers and eartips. Visage felt a little more sure this time, and let their paws mingle more with the damp earth. They still fluttered their wings a but, trying to keep their pelt pristine— but this time when they felt the cool rocks of the riverside bank under their paw pads, it didn’t feel as uncomfortable as before. They kept on high alert as they walked, their eyes alight with keen attention. They wondered if they might find something of note, if they were just cautious and attentive enough.
