it will start when the winter season begins, which will be December 21st. :>

There will be some semi-opening stuff before then, like hiring and whatnot, but for now it is still on hiatus. also, It's not rude at all! I was meaning to announce the planned opening date soon, I might even move everything to a new thread and start over ^-^ I'm gonna set up a poll asking if line arts should be changed.
