Shalloan woke up to the boom of Valycon's voice. The vortex, at this time of day.... Wonder what it is? She thought to herself, as she got out of bed. She walked into her closet and turned in to her human form. She stretched and put on her normal clothes, a shirt that had a flame at the heart and skirt that looked like it was a dyeing flame. She put her dagger on her night stand and began to walked towards the vortex. She was still tired after last night, the fireworks had been wonderful and she had had a great time with her friend Soaring! Where is Soaring? He always comes to this sort of thing. She walked through the crowd and saw her friend in his wolf form at the very front. "Soaring, where have you been I have been looking for you everywhere!"
Soaring turned around with a huge wolfish grin, "People are saying that the Elemental Ahzenai are coming, I hope this is one of them!! If so, I am going to woo the water one... What do you think this Ahzenai is going to be?"
Shalloan looked at him, "I think you are crazy, that is just a kids story."She rolled her eyes and looked at the vortex, as she did she began to think What if Soaring is right? I wonder what would happen if one popped out of the vortex now? She looked up and after only a few seconds the Vortex spit out the newcomer, his fiery pelt vibrant in the darkness.
"Aralek!" Valcyon announced to the crowd as the burning Ahzenai leapt down gracefully, his pelt alive with fire as he found his way to the ground. Finally looking up, the male's golden eyes burned with rebellious intent , scouring over each and every suitor. "So," he finally said, his deep voice taunting. "Who is brave enough to approach me? But be careful, you may get burned."
Shalloan rolled her eyes, Cocky much? She looked at all the other people trying to woo him, a pheonix sprite a fire child and a clipper. This should be interesting! She looked around and no one was moving, she shrugged. "What a shame, he has such a good spirit too." She said as she talked to herself.
Soaring looked at her, "Shalloan you should try and woo him! You are a fire wolf after all..."
Shalloan shook her head. "Sorry that is not what I do..." As she looked around she began to think, Maybe I should try, nothing bad is going to happen. She shifted in the her wolf form and walked through the crowd, her red necklace glowing as she got closer to the flames of Aralek. She hopped up on the platform with a cocky smile, she gave a slight nod as a sign that she respected him but was not lower and then began to talk, "Hello, my name is Shalloan! I am a fire wolf, the only reason I am up here is because my friend Soaring thinks we are a good match..." Her red eyes glowed and she shook her pelt, "I on the other hand... do not do this thing much, but gave it a try because I think you are interesting." She looked into Aralek's eyes, "Hope you enjoy your stay!" She walked away her tail way high and her paws scorching the ground with each step. She turned around right before jumping down and smiled a very cocky smile and then shifted into her human form and walked towards Soaring.
"Thought you were not going to woo him." He said as Shalloan got closer.
"Eh, why not?" She smiled and then sat back and watched everyone else.
