I looked down at Swiver as the boy left. Grass types are weak against bug types...So I have to catch a bug type pokemon. I had no idea where I was most likely to come across one. Not having the info on hat paper didn't help either. I left the festival and walked a bit and looked around. I didn't want to get lost in the forest again. I went to a nearby park.

I woke up by being shaken awake. "Mum! Why can't I go back to sleep..." I mumbled. "Because you need to get your pokemon ,dear!" she smiled knowingly. My eyes flashed open. How could I forget? I leapt out of bed. "I forgot!" I changed as fast as a bolt of lightning. Then, I rushed down stairs. I pratically poured my breakfast into my mouth and grabbed my bag. "Bye Mum!" I yelled as I burst out the door. After sprinting for ages, I skidded to a stop at the Professor's lab. I turned towards it, and began walking, one step at a time, towards the door. I pushed it open. Sitting in a pen, all on it's own, was a little psyduck. I instantly fell in love with it. It was so cute! "Awww, Please can I have it?" I asked hopefully, scooping it up in my arms.
Other: I have been looking at this for a while and really want to join! I hope this form is ok..

Concept

Hello uses Sweet Scent, and a wild Karrablast jumps down from it's perch in a tree. What..hold on..a Karrablast!? But those pokemon are common around Synta Town, even if they are bug-types! Looks like Sweet Scent wasn't strong enough to hurt the Karrablast, but yet, it brought it over. Now the pokemon is just standing there, looking at you.

"Sure, we can battle. But who do you want to battle with? Marril or Cherubi? Either is fine, of course." Lacy said, standing up and smiling.

An employee comes over to you, looking at you and the Psyduck. "You like her? You may have her. Here is her pokeball, extra pokeballs, and a pokedex. I suggest giving her a nickname, first."

As you walk, the forest gets darker and darker, and the trees seem to be thicker, allowing little light to come through. Blaze trips over a weed and starts rolling away from you. "Quil! Quil! Quil!" He exclaims, rolling through the bushes.
