Personality [of pet]:
A very mysterious and perplexing cat, no matter where she goes she's bound to get some stares. She hates the stares though, them and her bright stripes, spots, and dapples. She's very sneaky, but her 'glowing' markings tend to give her away which frustrates her greatly. She's quick-witted, very clever, and charismatic. She enjoys being around others but hates when they mention anything to do with her strange fur. Arc can be a bit distrustful at times, and is incredibly sensitive. Sometimes she takes things out of context. She's easily offended, unfortunately, and that makes it really hard to get to know her.
Background/History [of pet]:
Arc used to be a plain black cat before she was experimented on by human scientists. They didn't inentionally hurt her, but she did lose her memory and woke up with fluorescent green spots in her fur. She has no memory of any parents, siblings, or friends. She does have a friend that was tested on as well. Jade's markings are not quite as bright or noticeable as Arc's, but they're still there.

Head throbbing, pounding horribly against her skull. The sound was so thunderous she wished she would just die already. What was taking so long? The black she-cat moaned with pain and slipped into a disturbed slumber. When she awoke, the cat could not remember how she had gotten there, or even who she was. At least the pain had subsided. The room, cage, was dark except for a faint glowing. She suddenly realized that the faint glow came off of her own fur! Bright green markings were swirled, spotted, and striped through her jet black pelt. Her eyes widened in confusion. "Help!" She cried. "I'm glowing!" She heard a soft chuckle from across the room. "Oh can it, Arcane, of course you're glowing." The voice said roughly, they were obviously annoyed. "We're all glowing- or dead."

"Who are you?" 'Arcane' tried to make her voice strong, but it still wavered. She had every right to be scared, didn't she? She was glowing, and locked up in a cage. "Is Arcane my name? That's it?" She heard a sharp intake of breath from the voice. "You poor thing, you don't remember anything at all do you? I'm Jade." She paused for a moment. "We were an experiment, a test, not sure what for. You're lucky the only thing you lost was your memory. You're name's Arcane Star, we met when you were brought here, that's about all I know." Arcane was silent, staring around the cage, at all those horrid bright green markings along the walls, at the faint glow from the other cages. This was wrong. "Jade, what do you think about getting out of here?"

That's how they'd ended up in this forest, and while it was better than any cage, Jade and Arcane had no idea what they were doing. Getting away had been easy enough, humans were easy to trick. They had both yowled for hours and hours until the humans finally came. As soon as they'd opened the cage the two cats were gone. From there it wasn't hard, maybe humans couldn't escape the lab without permission, but it sure was easy for the clever she-cats. What did they do now though? They were in a forest, the scents of other cats clung to the bushes, trees, everywhere. It bustled with energetic prey just dying to be caught. Yeah, I think they'll be alright.

She's so easy to write for! She gives me a lot of muse, which is great since I've been stuck with writer's block for awhile now. So she'll definitely be used a lot, since she's so fun and interesting to write about.

Layla

Layla is this beautiful wolfs name. It was rather hard coming up with a name for her, ranging from Solar to Skyy but one name i finally came to agree with myself on, was Layla. Layla is somewhat calm name that expressess beauty and deviness. It rather suits her looks and not to mention, her personality.

Layla is a young female. As any other, you can usually tell by colours and patterns that sort of whisper to you that they are female.

Wolf/Snow Leopard

The reason she is wolf followed by Snow Leopard is her looks. Her outline of a wolf is completly unique along with her pattern of dappled spots, which stand out amongst the pastel fur informing me of a snow leopard. It makes her unique and satisfyingly somewhat peaceful. Her calm, intriging colours flow perfectly formed and well. All i can say is that the designer did a fantastic job. <3

Anyway, i'm sorry.. I got a bit off- topic :3. By the way, the current art shown now, does NOT belong to me, there will be a section where i've done art of Layla <3

Layla is outgoing and kind. She's organised and at times a fighter for what she wants. She is sweet and usually cunning when hunting for her prey. She's protective and outstandingly skilled and intelligent. She always has a soft spot for her friends and family. Her sweetness comes in handy when socializing with her pack, her caring is always dependable when others need help. Her loving and beauty gives her the skills to distract other dogs or animals when needed during hunting, invasions, or battles. She is also extremely hardcore when it comes to defending her friends, family, and pack. These skills come in handy when it comes to a lone male or other danger. She may be cute but her looks dont cover up her personality for strangers.

Background/History

Layla, as a cub, was born in a cave. She never knew her parents at all, but snowleopards had adopted her from when they found her in that cold cave. Luckliy she was alive. Before she was found, or had the mysterious type of prints on her back, she looked like any normal grey wolf. Her pastel grey coat one night had developed permanent leopard prints from how cold it was, each flake of snow fell on her delicate body turning it a diffrent colour puddling her coat in more dapples.

The two foster parents had taught her like any snow leopard would teach their own and therefore, she never knew who her true species was. Hunting and Survival were the main skills she was taught, like every animal would be taught at a certain age.. Layla suprisingly was skilled on doing what the big cats do most.
One unfortunate day, she got lost while hunting, her foster parents not seen. She stayed in another cave, dark and damp. Calling for her 'parents'. Whimpering in sadness.
She travelled ages and miles to find a snow leopard but only to come across her own. A wolf pack. The wolf pack took her in. They tried to tell her she was a wolf but even though she knew, she always kept her self half of what she is not.
Now she's living with the 'Broken Snow' Wolf pack. She's Alpha female from her previous fights due to her skills. She's successful and healthy in her new home.

Use for Layla?

I will write stories about her, her journeys and relationships with her pack. She'll be animated on a website called FlipnoteHatena and will be a proud member of my characters. She'll also have a special place on my Characters Thread (when i make it). I'll truly provide a good home for her and she'll never collect dust, but have memories with me and her friends that will survive in my heart and imagination <3

Likes

Layla likes pale pastel colours and snow leopards and anything with spots or dapples or long fluffy tails. She like nipping at others ears and sometimes being devious. She very much into art and likes rainbows,clouds,blue,grey,any colours. She also likes snow,summer, spring,winter and other cute or fluffy animals long with painting and music/rave/neon.

Dislikes

Layla dislikes people who are judging her by looks or male who are being cheeky and get the wrong idea of her. She doesnt like it when its too too hot or cold.She hates getting lost from her experience as a young cub. She doesnt like really dull or scary place when she's alone.

Mate

Layla hasnt found the right male for her yet which will cheris her for who she is and what she wants in life. When it comes to boys, she takes caution by flirting but fooling the male into what he really wants or is looking for. She can tell if he's trouble or not.
But soon, she'll find whos perfect for her and who'll protect from any danger to come.

Appearance

Before her unusual coat and colour change as a young cub, Layla was a full grey wolf with a white under-belly. After her unexpected event, ontop of her coat are pale pink and purple-ish dapples, like a snow leopards body-pattern. Then blue stripes trickle down her waist to the end of her tail. On her muzzle is a blue curved stripe, similar to the shape of a foxes or a cheetahs. Her nose is pastel blue, cute and decent. Her eyes looked glazed and shiny, innocent. Her left eye is a rich middle purple and her right eye is a deep decent blue.
Her paws are grey and her finger tips are pastel blue.
She usually wears a pastel blue and pink striped scarf with a small darker pink heart shape out-lined white. Her pawpads are also a sweet pastel pink <3
