Quick reflexes and the naturally strong skills of its species make this Tracker well suited for being a sniffer dog for airport security. The friendly nature of this Tracker becomes meaningless once that harness is on, it becomes laser focused on the job until a very specific hand signal is given by the handler. uncommon trait: droopy ears

This Tracker Dog was created to work at a school specialized for adopted, fostered, at-risk, sick, and any other children needing extra care and support. They are engineered to be especially sweet with a strong caregiver instinct, and are also trained to assist as a guide, therapy, and service dog when needed. Their cuddly and gentle appearance sets people at ease, but if any child would ever come in harm's way, this Tracker would stop at nothing to protect them.

No one can remember if the Tracker came in those bright colors or if they are the result of years spent in the arts and crafts room, being pet daily by children's hands covered in paint and markers.

This Tracker Dog is no stranger to big cities. Trained to track scents in busy streets, pungent alleyways, and the like, this dog specializes in finding missing people. They are seemingly aloof when approaching strangers, never aggressive but only showing gentleness to scared children-- who then smile and giggle before referring to the tracker as a "nice candy puppy". Their calm, cold demeanor is one only seen while working, however: while with their handler outside of work, this tracker is overly chipper, with a lot of mental energy that needs to be expelled with activities that challenge their intellect.

Tracker Dog #118 » jpano96


This Tracker Dog was made exclusively to survey aquatic life in places where reef restoration is being completed and assist in capturing and removing invasive species. It spends most of its day at the reef, sometimes refusing to get out of the water on particularly nice days. Besides their stubbornness, they are hard working and gentle with the creatures under their care. By now, most of the native fish species are used to this tracker dog and will not mind its presence while they are searching for food among the coral - sometimes even giving a few curious nibbles to the tracker dog itself.

This tracker protects art by sniffing out bugs and moths deadly to the paintings. With a coat as bright as some paintings, some have mistaken him for artwork. Suited to all handlers due to their gentle and easygoing nature, they have been known to be bit of a prankster and loves to blend into some exhibits scaring their handlers when they walk by. After a days work the love to lay in front on the fire cuddling their teddy soaking up the warmth

This tracker dog is very playful and uses its semi-muted colors to its advantage. It loves to hide its training items from its owner and even hide with them! It also uses its water abilities to bury things underwater. Hey, get back here!

This dog is well suited and fit for the dangerous relays of oversea exploration. Used mainly for sniffing out lost crew out in the forests after a mission. The pup is a agile and fast worker, and good abroad missions. Otherwise is used as a therapy dog, Helping a hand.. or paw.. In being a comfort buddy. It does have a couple problems with colorful plants... Its best you dont let it eat them.. Otherwise, a playful pup indeed!!

Okay, I realise I haven't been around for months and I wish to address that. You guys don't deserve months of silence.

The big reason for my absence consists of 2 points:
1. I've found a new job.
2. I've been struggling with time management because of this.

I know it's not a very exciting reason to abandon a community. Certainly not one that has been nothing but delightful and kind towards me, the staff, and one another. However, while this new job pays well, it has been very tough on me physically and my schedule is all over the place. I've figured that I'd get used to this and return to CS but that was... not the case. Don't get me wrong, I love said job, it just leaves me with little free time.

I sincerely apologise for leaving everyone in the dust.

I will do my best to return long enough to tie up all loose ends (the discord, leftover custom requests, possible last designs, etc) but I will not continue the project.

Tracker Dogs will remain an open species and you may continue to make, trade, and alter your Trackers as if they were your own characters (because they are!)

As an added bonus I will put the PSD files for the current Tracker Dogs as freebies. :)
