Are we still allowed to join the event even if we do not own a single Tracker?

I went through the archive and couldn't find many trackers that would look nice with my darling Sleeper. So i am going to ask if anyone thinks they have a cool tracker (Female) that would go nicely. I would perfer a tracker with some sort of blue on it. But i am not TOO picky :3 If i am meant to post this else where i will move it.

Are we allowed to "cross-breed" the different tracker breeds? (eg. a wild tracker with a stealth one, for example.)
