How often do stallions become available to adopt?
Are they always going to be special raffles or contests?
Or will they become available to adopt regularly?
(Not that I'm ever in time to catch any)

It's completely random. They were released a bit to often than we would like, but now it's going to be an even more rare case, and no it's not that common a stallion is up for raffle

It's just dependent on the artist! There also isn't much of a range to give for how often they're given I could say it's possible every 10-20 maybe even every 20-30, it only depends on when the team wants to release one

everything is just at random. Raffle was for the #100
then there was 1 recent contest for a stallion.
