Agreed. Ever since someone faked a permission quote I'd say you need to screenshot. It's safer, but still completely as safe.

Well I've never told someone before. But you should go to the screen with the message; on your keyboard there should be a button called 'print screen' That's the one that will copy it on an invisible clipboard on your computer. XD
Go to a paint program and hit paste in the options. You should be able to crop the screen shot to show what needs to be... Or you can leave as is.
Save it as a JPG. <-- my preferred image type.
Upload it to an image hosting site. Like Photobucket. Then link back the picture here. Which can be done if you right click on the picture that's uploaded and select 'copy image location'.
Usually photobucket will show the url Example: http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2009/ ... alance.jpg

That sounds like a lot just to make a screenshot. I heard from somebody that all you have to do is press F1 and it takes a screenshot.

Not all browsers save screenshots in the right file type to upload them. So, most people need to open an image editing program to crop the image, and save it in the right filetype, or else the image can't be uploaded to the internet.
