I'm planning an end of PPs event where everyone will have a chance at some pups, but at the rate I'm going, things aren't looking so hot lol

Please do message me the details, I checked records and it seems like you may've gotten it from Psychxpath? Or they were at least the original owner, this may've been an undocumented trade haha
