Question: It looks like autumn is in full swing- what's your favorite seasonal snack? Fresh apples, pomegranates, pumpkin everything, candy and more- there is a lot to choose from!
Answer:: This is such a hard question! I can't choose just one, so I'll share a few. I make a homemade banana bread with walnuts and chocolate chips during the autumnal season that I'm so excited to have soon! I also am single-handedly keeping the apple farmers in business -- I like cosmic crisp or honeycrisp with some caramel for dipping.. mmm. I think I also want to try apple cider for the first time this year!! I'm picky about fruit juice but I love apples so.. maybe I'd enjoy it? My new seasonal fav food is Trader Joe's Butternut Squash Mac 'n Cheese, so that's gotta go on the list too. Lastly, I'm not crazy about pumpkin but a few years ago I made marbled pumpkin & chocolate cake with orange glaze and I really want to do that again.

Answer: This is an extremely niche pull, but when I was little and the Nick Jr. flash games website still existed (anyone else remember that?), there was a game based on the TV show Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends that rewarded you with a pumpkin cookie recipe that you could print out if you won. That recipe has, no joke, become a fall staple in my house, and is genuinely one of my favorite pumpkin cookie recipes to ever exist.

Answer:: I LOVE apples, like I'm seriously obsessed with them. I eat about 2 whole honeycrisps a day, and I put them in all sorts of stuff, too. When it's peak season, they taste sooo sweet. I also love pumpkin bread, but not nearly as much as apples. Unfortunately, they have yet to keep my doctors away, but maybe I should try throwing them?

Answer:: Honestly I love the Little Debbie Fall Cakes, they’re just these little sweet hexagon shaped cakes that are only around this time of year. They have some with a chocolate filling and chocolate covering the top that I’m kind of obsessed with lol
