Qualifications(small text/explanation):
artist; I use GIMP + Corel Painter Essencials 4. They both can open .psd files. I'm an artist myself, and have been an artist at many adoptable threads. I can easily do 1 litter a week large or small, and I think I would be a good artist ;p
mini-mod; I'm a mini-mod/mod at plenty of other threads, I'm strict but not super strike handing out strikes whenever someone says something a little spammy. I'm also good with wording/explaining.

Qualifications: I keep the spam to a down low and get on people about it when they start double posting or spamming I'm always there. I am very active, I normally stalk this thread. Spam wise and rule breakers, I haven't had to deal with a rule breaker but I am very pateint with short tempered people and explain calmly and nicely why and how they have broken a rule or spammed. But I will be strict when I feel its needed.
At one point in time I ran my own adoptable thread so I know what its like and have experience in that department.
