Currently items purchased cannot yet be used. Unfortunately, the staff hasn't had the time to discuss exactly how we will be implementing these features, but there will most likely be a form released for requests later on. I believe we have been keeping track of the purchases, but there is a chance you will need to be able to prove you have purchased items, so try to save your PMs about it if you can.
Im a little concerned about the future requirement to prove ive purchased items... I mean I have sent two emails purchasing two items each from a different shop... I received no replies but the coins and gems have been removed so I know that I must have the items...however given that there may be a requirement to "prove" this confuses me... with which emails am I going to have to prove my purchases ^^'

As I mentioned, I wasn't able to answer that question completely. I mentioned that the staff may have been keeping records. I don't actually know. I didn't want to ignore the question, so I chose to suggest keeping proof as a precaution. I didn't say you would absolutely be required to show proof.

I have a question about the Horn Potion;;
Can you use to remove horns from a kiamara or only to change/grow the horns on a kiamara?

Unfortunately I can't give you an answer right now. OTL I haven't been able ton contact the other staff about it, and would rather not give you false information. That said, hopefully I can give you a solid answer in the near future. <3

As this would alter the character drastically, and it's unrealistic to have a bunch of blind kias running amok, we will not be allowing the contacts to make a kia blind. Apologies if this seems unfair, but blindness is a rare disability, and we would like to keep it rare.

I just realized why the bank was confusing me the other night.
I sent a PM to buy stuff with my coins, so I should have zero coins until the art contest is judged. My purchase PM was sent on the 8th. It was read but it seems like it was never actually counted? I filled out the form and everything for each item I bought and wasn't told I did it wrong (I didn't receive a reply at all actually, but I didn't expect one). What should I do about this? Try re-sending my forms or PM Tano?
And this makes me worried about when the shops close. Will we get a public inventory before then so we can make sure purchases went through and weren't forgotten/missed? Or will purchase PMs be replied to?
