I want to capture the power of
A i r!
Your name: Faint
Pony's Mystical Name:The Cumulus Ghost or
simply Cumulus
Gender: Filly - Young Female
Why you want this pony: This pony is gorgeous, the soft colours and the sweet pose makes me fall head over heels in love. Seeing this pony only triggers more love. She looks very adorable and absolutely innocent.
Personality: Cumulus is soft at soul and has a huge big heart. She is very much feared of however in reality she is just a child like character who possess a very powerful power. Cumulus hates the fact that she can't be like others, she has a very low self-esteem and therefore spends most of her time alone. She is reliant and vulnerable but is a matured young filly. She is not confident in herself however she is always kind and thoughful. Because of her lack of communication skills she tends to reason a lot and therefore is a pretty clever character. Cumulus is in need of family love that can soothe the sadness and depression she can experiences from lonliness.
Pony's Epic Story (The more detailed the better!):(Please take note that there are two different viewpoints one of my character's viewpoint and the other of Ghost's)
I was born in the most normal herd, to the most normal parents but I was born with a power. A power that had changed all my life... A pregnant palomino mare lay in the knee-length grass, quietly moaning as she lay through the process of labour. Very slowly appeared a small head and then the whole body. The mare smiled; finally her agony was over. She licked her newborn child who was the darkest of black. Chewing on the thin cling-flim that covered the foal, the cared for her newborn foal as it rose to its feet.
This was the only happy scene that I remember from my life. As life past, the colour of my coat lightened to a soft grey. My eyes lightened in colour and strange super natural feelings seemed to overtake me. At certain moments when I galloped I could feel that I was galloping on thin air. Strange things seemed to take place in my body. That's when doubts about my strange powers turned into bullying. The elders knew well that this was just a mere gift yet they still held their heads high. No one wanted to accept me into the community; I was more of a outsider then a herd member. Little colts teased me and even my own mother despised the sight of me.
My
own mother detested me; she was merciless with the way she acted towards me always trying to avoid me. A cloud of doubt had left my body as I looked up into the sky. Where did I come from? Was I just a born heroine or I was a born nightmare? I attempted to ask the elders why I was different however I only received rude smirks and short-sentenced answers.
Very helpful. Was this even a gift or was it just a punishment for something?
That night I left the herd, I had no intentions to stay in a area where I was always being prosecuted for my coat. But living life as a loner was difficult. One great problem was that the bachelor stallions were doing their best to avoid me. They seemed to recogise me before they took flight. I wasn't expecting to live life like this forever. I wanted to know where I cam from, where I actually belong.

Searching, seeking for the disclosed information about my past; nothing was stopping me. But as they weeks past and as all living things done their best to escape me; I was getting no such results. I started to feel un-motivated. Life was now seeming worthless because I had no one to talk to and no one to gossip with. I was alone and lost.
----------------------
I looked silently at this stranger. What was she doing here in the loners' world? She was barely a filly. Small and infinite are the only words I can use to describe her. I on-looked at her as she moved sullenly through the world. Her posture depressing and her eyes simply dead. She was only a pony; she was only a child and yet she also was a danger.
I greatly wanted to find the communication skills to talk with her but I found myself backing away; hiding. Yet I didn't want to leave her alone; and so I simpy decided to spy on her. I would follow from a eye-level distance and watch her quietly; following her moves. It was fascinating watching her because all her paces and movements were light and unearthly. She was like that of a dandelion seed that seemed to fly as she went.
At times I would believe that she was a mere mirage however as the weeks past I knew well that was something inside her that made her different from the rest. At those depressing nights when she was alone; her body would slowly disperse into air and all that would be left was the howling sound of the wind.
Days flew by and she grew older. As the tale predicted she started understanding her abilities and could easily change form into air. She moved elegantly and was a beautiful sight but I knew well that she was dangerous.
----------------------
I danced silently, moving through the morning fog. For once I feel uplifted by the wonderful surrounding mist. After a few inhales of the fresh morning dew I finally felt happy for once. I turned to see a pair of luminous glowing azure eyes. I sighed looking through the fog to see a unusually coloured mare standing alone. She seemed to be staring at me. As if watching me.
I quickly exhaled more air resulting in an even thicker cloud of fog.
That should put her off I though as I walked silently into the woods. But wasn't I wrong. The sound of silent footsteps and suddenly I see her. Face-to-face I stand with her; looking into the face of the horse who has spied on me. She looks frustrated and startled to see me. But I can feel anger itching in my throat but I slowly speak. The sound of my voice scares me because I have remained mute for weeks but I can feel the soft, serenity in it.
'You are not afraid of me, are you?' I mumble quietly.
'Afraid?' She smirks silently before returning to answer my question. 'Certainly, who wouldn't be if they saw a ghost strolling down the woods?'
I grind my teeth as I glare at her.
'But why have you been following me?' I protest as her stare softens.
'I have been following you from the very start. I know what has happened to you. I can tell you; you are not alone.' She gently answers.
I suddenly feel weak; all my life I was looking for happiness. All I wanted was just a simple, happy life that would not involve me being a different creature. Why me?
'All I ever wanted was to know who I was.' I muttered slowly.
'You are a legend.'
'What?'
'A Legend.' She repeated slowly. 'For years it has been written that one day a piece of air will be blown into one foal and give it the power to rule the world above us. She will have abilities that no other equine has ever had. She will be different from the rest.'
'But why does everyone hate me?'
She smiled gently.
'Your appearance is frightening however if you reach the world of clouds, you will notice that you will have had everyone adore and love you. However the legend forgot to state that the foal would have earthly parents.' she added.
'If only I knew earlier,' I whispered.
I looked at her gently and spoke softly.
'If you are not afraid to confront me; if you are not afraid to tell me the truth. You are a sincere soulmate.'
You are my whole
Life was heart-tearing without youYou are my life and soul
And though you did come out of the blueAll I ever wanted to say is that I love you
