What do you think, you would be doing in your new staff position:
I would (I believe) be making adoptable Sylphaires for people, litter like you do already. I also guess I would help with contests/raffles.

Why do you want to be hired?:
Sylphaire adopts are totally unique and extremely beautiful, I love them alot already. they seem interesting to colour in since they have so many varying extras. I also think I would enjoy being an artist here at Sylphaire adopts since the mods seem nice as well as the adopters.

Why do you think, you should be chosen?:
Well, I can offer you and Sylphaire adopters that i will make Sylphaire litters as often as needed with varying designs and colours. I will also be very active and I will be ready to answer questions about the Sylphaires so people get clearance on questions. I might suit the job since I have drawn traditionally since forever and since I have drawn digitally for about 2 years now. I have also been an artist at a couple of different places.

What do you expect from us, and being hired:
I do not expect any sort of payment as I will do this of own free will because it is fun and I would love to help out. The only thing I might expect is a nice environment here at the adoption forum and that people continue to respect the artists/mods and the other way around.

What do you think, you would be doing in your new staff position: If I get my new position I would be doing my best to answer questions and help users, old and new, around the thread. I would also make sure that all the rules are followed, so the thread remains a fun place to be. Lastly, I would try my best to keep the thread running by giving you ideas for fun events and activities.
Why do you want to be hired?: I want to be hired because I really think I could help the Sylaphaire community and I love modding. It takes up a ton of my time her on CS. Plus, I love Sylaphaires and really want to be helpful to you and this thread.
Why do you think, you should be chosen?: I think I should be chosen because I know I can be a good mod, and can get along with many people. I could help the Sylaphaire site expand and keep people interested. I wouldn't get angry or abuse my position either and give fair warning and/or strikes.
What do you expect from us, and being hired: All I expect from you is that you keep making new adorable Sylaphaires. I also hope that you allow me to enforce the rules in a kind and firm way. That's all!

What do you think, you would be doing in your new staff position:
I would be friendly but strict, helping to maintain control here at Sylphaire. I would help to manage art theft, spamming, rudeness and any other rule breaking. I would be strict but I wouldn't abuse my power, people would hopefully consider me nice and fair but still firm.

Why do you want to be hired?:
I rather enjoy modding. It feels amazing to know that I am helping to keep order in and run a thread. I love Sylphaire already and would really love to help!

Why do you think, you should be chosen?:
I think I should be chosen because I have the maturity and ability to be able to keep the thread peaceful. I am good at making friends so I think I could manage to get on great with my fellow moderators as well as you and Fukuwa, and the artists and archivist.

What do you expect from us, and being hired:
I hope to be treated with no favouritism because I am a mod but I would like to be respected. I hope to not be randomly fired due to inactivity as I have a lot of life issues but I promise to try my very hardest to be good.

I want this Sylphaire because: First of all, I fell in love with this guy's colors! They're so bright and fun! I can see him having a really fun personality and always up to playing silly jokes and trying to make other's laugh. He has just bloomed into a character in my head already.^^ Since he has a yellow jewel and mood manipulation, this works perfectly! He flutters around bringing good cheer and happyness to everyone.
