No, they are not. A litter was already released today, so they won't be open for a bit. They'll be open soon enough. ^^

I hope this place continues to be as active as it was when I originally started it with Wolf running the threads. I will still stick around and do customs as well as the occasional litter and to mod, but nothing more really. [well, other than events and making new linearts but still] Sorry if the owner change was sudden to any of our old stalkers!
