Soy, you are missing the kennel number on your form. ;3 If the character isn't up in any kennel, then he is not up for adoption yet, and you will have to wait until the staff puts him up, as I believe some of the kennels have to be cleaned up as well.

Reason You Want It: she is a lovely design, absolutely stunning and it is very hard to find designs like her nowadays, i have had my eye on her for LONG and i fell completely in love with her, i promise i will take the utmost care of her and try to make art of her regularly, she will be in my favourite ocs list ad will be treated like a princess, i have alot of good ideas for her too<3
i absolutely think this design is genius and i really want her badly
History/Background/Other: Emerilla was born in a small cavern off the edge of a lone rock, Her mother was Strix, the lovely leader of a small group of large felines whom had gathered up to help protect the land from other destructive forces. Emerilla is the princess and heir to the "throne" of the group. She is a very confident and strong-willed young female and she won't take smart talk from anyone. However, others became envious of her strength and beauty, another female, Lestra her dearest friend started spreading a rumor about her.The nasty rumor spread and all fans turned to her. Now she must prove herself to be worthy of keeping her rank in the group.
