Yes, you would. That's what I did with my aquarium. Since the first comes free, you can buy anything for it.

How about the adoption page, or the store page? I thing the auction should be on the store page, and the raffle on the adoption page?

How about a Pound? For people who don't want their fish? (Not me! Your not taking my babies! XD) and maybe you could raffle FISH instead of pets and hmm out of ideas XD
