She lived with her single, abusive, job-less mother until age 10 when she was removed from her home and brought to live with her Aunt in New York city. She struggled in middle school as she had concentration and behavioral problems, and was often sent to the principal and spent most school days in detention for not listening. Her aunt felt like she couldn't control her, so left her alone most of the time. Nicole got into singing and performing when she attended her first concert at age 14, and spent her free time singing songs or playing guitar. The four years of highschool was a tough time for her. Work was harder and her rebellious, not-listening attitude only worsened and she was nearly expelled from the school.
She rarely did homework and talked back to her teachers. She skipped classes and missed countless days of school. The school was tired of having her spend most of her class time and weekends in detention and decided their last resort was to expel her from the school.
Knowing she had to finish highschool, she forced herself to work harder in all of her classes to make it and her teachers were happy to see her work improving. She no longer spent days in detention and got in little or no trouble. She made friends with 3 guys in her class after a while and they became quite close very quickly, spending all their weekends together. These friends make life for Nicole happier, allowing her to forget her unhappy home life and struggles in school. Together, they formed the band she's in today.
One day in class, Nicole was sitting in the back talking with the guys. School was almost over for the day and spring break was starting the next day, so the teacher gave the class free time to talk. They began discussing their love for music and performing. After a while, one of the guys, Jace, brought up the fact he'd be thinking of how awesome it'd be to form a band with the four of them. Everybody agreed, and before they knew it, they were sitting in Nicole's Aunt's garage with pens and paper, planning out what they wanted. Name suggestions were thrown around, and eventually the decided on 4Notes. Nicole was bouncing with excitement inside. A band! Now she'd be able to share her love of singing with everybody. Who knows, they could even become famous someday! The four of them decided on the best positions for each member, (Jace on the drums, Ari plays the guitar, Mason on second guitar, and, much to her joy, Nicole as the lead singer.)
The band started off small. A few times they'd get together and play in the park for whoever would listen. After a while of doing that, people seemed to enjoy it and it attracted a few small job offers. Soon enough, cafes and music hangouts began calling, offering pay for them to play on the weekends. It seems their band was really taking off, and they were one step closer to becoming a widely-known, famous band like they'd always hoped.
Nicole managed to graduate highschool and moved out of her Aunt's house at age 18 and into a small apartment in Brooklyn, New York where she lives today. She got hired in a tattoo/piercing shop as an assistant and moved up to tattoo artist a year later.
That day she was hired was a big day for her. It was early one morning, around 9:30AM. She left her apartment and set out to find a job as she knew she wouldn't be able to support herself if she didn't get one. She spent a large part of the day driving around and looking in then newspaper, but to no avail. No job seemed enjoyable to her in the least, and the jobs that did interest her paid much too little to be able to support herself and pay rent. The sign near the building read 'Red Ink Tattoo and Piercing shop' in bold red letters. Nicole eagerly parked her car and was thrilled to see a help wanted sign in the window. An hour later, she was waiting at home for the call that would let her know if she got the job or not. She'd spent about 30 minutes in the shop, sitting in the office of the shop's owner. He asked her questions about herself, her experience, (she was a bit embarrassed as she has had no previous tattooing or piercing experience.) and why she wanted the job. He thanked her for coming in and let her leave. A good 20 minutes later, Nicole's cell phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Hey, is this Nicole?"
"Yep, this is her"
"Hey, this is Rick from Red Ink. I just wanted to let you know you got the job! You'll be working as a paid assistant for a while."
"Oh! Oh, seriously? Wow, thanks for calling!"
Nicole was extremely happy. She'd found something she'd be paid for but also enjoy doing! She spent the rest of the day preparing for her new job.
To this day, Nicole still works at the shop and sings with her band. Everything is going pretty well in her life, and she's quite happy. One day she hopes to get married and possibly have kids, but that's a while away and for now, she likes her life how it is and wouldn't want to change it.

She's just gorgeous! Her design is unique, from the stripes to the fluffy tail. All of her colours work perfectly, and her outfit is great. The pose she's in really gives her a personality. I really love Anthro chars, so I fell in love when I saw her. Her markings work so well with her.
I don't want to see this beautiful girl sitting in the kennels, I want to give her a home where she'll be sure to get showered with attention, love and art. And I really love the background and personality I gave her, too. It just...seems to work with her so well.

Art will be drawn and ordered for her constantly, she'll be used in stories, and I might possibly RP her although I'm not a big RP fan. She's always wanted to be a star, and that's what she is to me. She'll never, ever be left to collect dust and will be used every chance I get in every way I can. I'm glad I get a chance to apply for her to be mine. <3
