There is already a odd coloured one up for adoption. It's really red. Like blood red. And another of the ones that are up for this round have faintoy glowing eyes.
But a glowing smili? I don't think so. Maybe if they invented radioactive paint. Maybe, because it looks really good with glowing markings.

I actually know a natural way for a Smili to have glowing markings. ^ ^ In Puerto Rico there's a like with a certain lake with little critters that glow florescent green when you move in the water...and mom says if you swim in it you glow a wee bit for a half a day or so. XD

Yes, certain jellyfish, fish, insect and microbes are flourecent. I suppose I could make something up like they live in sybiosis with some flourecent microbes, but it seems rather farfetched. Heh. But smili isn't really fond about swimming^^.
I think they'd rather have glowing paint. Or magic. But I'm no fan of magic.
The yellow smili is probably going up for adoption next round at TaN.

that'd be cool, like they use bio luminescent animal bits, or use a chemical reaction type of thing like glowworms?
