~ Minor changes to design are ok ^_^
~ I always thought of him as a boy but he can be a girl if you want XD
~ Can't be a fursona but Can be a fursona's close companion, mate or anything else like that ^_^
~ You can change his species but please keep him some kind of bird
~ Both sides do not have to be symmetrical. If you want to design the other side, as long as it kind of matches, feel free too!
~ If you can, pm me your background for him. You don't need my permission or anything but I would love to see what people write about him
~ Keep him somewhere where others can see him and just take good care of him
