You don't have any selected artist and I don't think there is anyone open at the moment. I believe that you MUST have bank CA with an artist to adopt a pet and the artist must be open. I don't think Frenchies are for adoption anyways unless they are from the special n e m o Christmas event and if you were picked in the list that is on the last page.
