I believe adoptions are limited to once a week only so more people have a chance to get one. Customs are a whole new ball game. xD

Yea I read the rules in the front post C: 1 per week thats why I was confused I didn't know if customs counted towards that or not.

Just as she said, customs are a totally different story, they do not count as the one-a-week adoptables.
