News Update. IMPORTANT 11/29/16

Hullo hullo friends. as many of you may know i talked about moving this species over to Deviantart or a new website entirely some time ago because for me it's hard to keep track of things on a forum like this, and I can't use the oekaki anymore. really, i'm just trying to make things easier for everyone.
for those of you who don't know;I plan on moving Star Catchers to Deviantart, or another website!
why do i plan on doing this?
i kinda brushed over that up top but my list of reasons is

-It'll be easier to keep track of adopts and forums(kinda)
-Less drama(hopefully)
-Better art and layout (heck ye. i'm doing new lineart and if i don't have to deal with whatever CS does with their bluh, it's easier to sort things out and make important things important if that makes sense
-Community building!(ye. I have big plans ahead and a lot more in store for these guys, stay tuned!)

That's about that. idk I'll probs leave things on here up for archive purposes and I'd still love to see creative forums from you guys! so i don't expect everything to stay on DA. it'll be kinda between these two websites.

Side note. School's started again so i haven't had time for anything at all, so i apologize for that. I'll start working on DA to get things moved over. so! i suppose here's some questions you might be wondering, and questions i've already gotten from people

Will they still be free? do i have to pay points or something? nah. they're still free. unless i have like super special event ones that will go for points or USD. customs and items will still cost tho unless they're won through one of the streams.

How long will the Hiatus be for? idfk. i hope to have things up and ready before Christmas, so expect to hear from me soon.

Can i use CS forums for adopts? Please do! Some people are really good with making really nice forums on here, so by all means go ahead

What's in store?Well. most of it will be a 'wait and see' kind of thing but with the species you have the Southern and Northern breeds. I plan on bringing more story into both, and have it where your star catcher can be either feral or tamed. i want to make things more interactive, so some different stream games, a story aspect, some more role play ish things. and a lot more.

ALSO! I'm holding a STAMP CONTEST! for the DA page! If you design the best stamp, you can win a full custom! i might have things up for the 2nd or 3rd place depending on how many entries i get.

NEWS UPDATE: IMPORTANT 10/1/2017

Hello friends! so. as you know Star Catchers have been under construction since last year. a lot of things in life kind of hit but recently i've had the free time to work on these guys again!
The biggest thing in this update is a Lineart Contest I want to bring Star Catchers back to CS, with the addition of the DA adopts/story and things. Unfortunately I don't get on well with the Oekaki. It runs horribly on my computer making it near impossible to get any decent Lineart out of it. So. I'm putting up a contest with a handful of very rare prizes!

Even if you don't enter i would LOVE if you guys could get the word out? i really want to get these guys started up again.

In other news, i didn't realize the DA group for Star Catchers wasn't open to new members!!! I'm still new to the DA group thing and i didn't know that you guys couldn't join! I hopefully changed that so you guys can now join the Star Catcher group on DA
