Quick question, when the breeding is open, can you breed your dream walkers with other players if they agree to it? Or can you only breed them to your own?

You may, however you will have to buy an Extra Strength Breeding Potion, and decide among yourselves who will get which baby. Each person involved in the breeding must get a baby out of it, so you can't just buy two Breeding Potions ^^
