It was supposed to end last month but there hasn't been a lot of new forms so I don't know if they will extend the date, but they did say it was the last time they would change it.

I don't know about everyone else who entered, but I think waiting nearly 2 months is kind of a long time to wait and see who won each character. But that's just my opinion. The others may think differently.
