(Hey! I didnt fully understand "quarantined" pets. Can I still file to adopt them? if so i'd like to adopt the fourth pet, it kind of looks fire-y if you need more discription. but for now i'll just file for this one, just in case.

Pups in quarantine are not yet adoptable. You have to wait until they enter an actual slot. Frosty tends to update the pound on weekends, so that's when quarantined pups usually move up into a slot, if pups were adopted throughout the week. So once the slots are empty, pups in quarantine will go up for adoption. :3

To answer your question, the smaller looking pup was our original lineart. Its previous owner used an item to change the pup onto our current lines, which is the dog standing on all fours. This means when someone adopts it, they get both versions of the pup.
