ATTENTION:

The genetic lettering system received an overhaul! While the previous system was genotypically accurate, the phenotypic accuracy was poor (mainly due to the genetics getting really complicated really fast and me being lazy when Persephelines first started). So, while breeding outcomes may have made sense on the inheritance/rarity side, the visual similarity of parent to offspring wasn't great. But after a few months, I was finally able to get around to refining the system and now the genetics are both genotypically and phenotypically accurate!

In other words, the traits that parent Persephelines pass onto their offspring will be more accurate/connected (ie: visually similar, thematically similar, and/or rarity similar) instead of just having genetic coding that was accurate.

The genetics for every Persepheline released thus far have been updated in the official user inventory and Persephline archive. You can look at a detailed breakdown of the genetics here.

On a more exciting note, this change allowed me to add some more traits! These traits are a mystery at the moment, however, and will only be released/revealed once a user breeds a Persepheline with the necessary alleles.

If you're interested in breeding two Persephelines and would like to know possible outcomes in offspring, PM me and I can give you an idea of what you might see! I also plan on making a 'genetics predictor' thread on the Persepheline Discord once the Discord is active.
