From khakis and problematic road trips to all the awful dad jokes, Thea really is a classic dad. The only thing is, Thea isn’t a dad. Or even a dude at all.

There’s always the mom friend, but Thea is the dad friend. She does all the classic dad things, like buying workout equipment that she says she’ll use, use once, and then not use again but say she uses it. She asks if grocery items that won’t scan are free. She likes medium rare meat, fantasy football, golf, grilling outside, and classic rock music. She will insist that she can fix something that is broken but it is guaranteed it’ll be worse when she is finished. (Best to call someone beforehand jut to be safe.)
