Generally, yes.
There are only two things you have to consider:
1) Every Narakari can only breed one time per breeding season.
2) Foals from the current or the last breeding season can't breed, too.
If you take a look at the breeding section of this thread you'll find all breedings from this season as well as all foals which are waiting for adulthood.
