You just need to go to Layer--> Transparency--> Add alpha channel
Using layers is the easiest way to color them and stuff

Just a quick question: how did you do the animations?
I tried animating on GIMP and everything was working fine until I tried to export it... I exported it as a GIF file and it didn't play

Any thoughts? Just wondering if you could help. Thanks!

When you go to export it, on the little pop-up that comes up asking to export, did you say to export it as an animation rather than grayscale?

And yes, I did export as layers and everything. It seriously may be my computer. It tends to act goofy sometimes
