Also, some new rule announcements:

1. I'm seeing lately a lot of posts asking to plan C$ trades with recently released Sweetens with the promise of "holding onto it and waiting until the cooldown is over" I'd like to clarify this is not allowed, either, and directly goes against the purpose of the cooldown.

Please do not try to find loopholes in the rules to get around them. There's a one week grace period where we will not give you a strike if we catch this, but after, if we find out you secretly planned to do this behind our backs, you will receive a strike.

2. I would like to say that it is also not allowed to "write your forms in advance" for scheduled litters, in case it wasn't clear. You are not allowed to copy and paste the form until the litter is live. This is cheating and is extremely unfair to other users who write them out fair and square.

To combat this, we will be changing the form to be a random color each litter that comes out, with no pattern. Again, there's a one week grace period. Your form will be disqualified if we see a black/white form or a form of the wrong hexcode, but you will only receive an unofficial warning. Afterwards, it's an automatic strike.

(this only applies to litter forms and potentially event forms depending, not any other forms)

3. I'm going to instill a new section on breedings and customs forms asking for the link to your last accepted custom or breeding, so we can more easily enforce the "three month = can apply again" rule. Also,

4. You now may only receive one custom or breeding per week. This resets on Sunday, rollover each week. If your last accepted custom is from the same week, your form will be disqualified from here on out.

Hi! The litter cooldown is 12 hours; since the last litter was released over 12 hours ago, everyone should be eligible to adopt from this one.
