You can apply it any time to any Sweeten you'd like! You can choose the color of anything you see on the plush, but markings cannot be added. (It can also be applied either beside your Sweeten or on its head)

Like when you use a custom blue ticket, do you make your own sweeten or do you use the sweeten you already have and change it's colors with no line edits. For example, Since I am really going to make a galaxyish sweeten do I use the sweeten I already have or do I make my own new one. Once you answer, I'll make a galaxy sweeten!

A custom ticket gives you an entirely new sweeten! blue tickets give you a sweeten with the base unedited while red tickets let you ask for changes like a fluffier tail, floppy ears, etc.
do keep in mind that customs cannot be made by yourself though, you have to ask an artist on the team (who is currently open for customs, it says so on the first post who is taking customs and breedings and me and Dragong are open rn) to make it for you.

ok, but I kind of don't understand yet. Like here is a sweeten I want to change with a blue ticket only. Can I ask for changing my sweetens body color to blue, and then ask for a stary bow and change it complely? Is that what I can do with a blue ticket?
