No. Err if the horse has tack or items it should say on the form.

@starfighter - all the horses don't have an item count. You buy items to increase the horses skills.

@horsy - hehe, just beautiful he is. just beautiful. I'll have to do some background checks on my high skilled mares and see if i can breed any of them with Carlos. Is Africa related to Carlos? I don't think they are, but i'm better off checking *winks*
