I'd like to put in a vote for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, German Shorthaired Pointers, Salukis and Papillons. All these breeds have variable coat colors and they are NOT herding breeds. xD
But, if I were to suggest a breed not listed I would have to go with the Ibizan Hound. They don't have much variety in color, but they make up for in in markings.
If you end up choosing one of these dogs, I won't mind giving some ideas for poses. C:
