Huff huff huff...
I pant, having run from the meeting place to my house and then straight back, after hearing the plight of this serpent.
"Don't worry mister! I've got everything to meet your needs, in the perfect care package right here!"

I sling a backpack off my shoulder. It doesn't look like much, just a basic Jansport backpack, probably 10-20 years old, and red in color. There are a few pins and patches attached to it, showing it has been well loved and used over the years.

"First off," I say as I unzip the backpack, "Since you are cold, I brought you a blanket!" I pull out... what could be a blanket if you squint your eyes and wish really hard.. but most people would describe it as a tangled mess of yarn. "I made it myself..." I hold it out to the serp, who eyes it hesitantly, "It was my first attempt, so I know it's not great, but I have extra yarn, so we can make it a bit bigger if need be!"

"Next," I say digging into the backpack a little further, "Since it's dark," I pull out another item- slightly more impressive than the blanket- It appears to be a moon, but it's tiny! I flip a switch on the bottom of the tiny moon and it starts to glow. "I borrowed this from a friend, but im sure they won't mind if you use it! It'll give you some light, plus, it's kinda orb shaped, so it should be easy for you to hold!"

"And finally...." I smile, getting prepared for the big finale, "BOARD GAMES!" I pull out a few of my favorite games, including Dice Fights, The Tea Dragon Society Card game (Because I think the serps might like a dragony game), and Everdell.

"I could have brought chess, or playing cards, but i figured you might prefer some games you've never tried before!
