I think Whim is just going to keep the same names up in the archives, it's too much trouble to change them all the time.

Also, sorry we haven't been making any Charloos lately or really at all, we're kinda lazy and we want to do other things. We will mainly come on here when we're in the mood, so don't be expecting too much from this place ^^"

It has to be a character of your own design. :< We used to do copyrighted characters, but Chubby passed a rule that stated that the custom Charloo must be of an original character that you created, sorry.
