Hello there! Welcome to Lucky Deer Adoptions! Here is where you may adopt, breed, and trade Lucky Deer! What is a Lucky Deer? Let's just say that they look like this:


So, you may be wondering, why are these deer so lucky? Well, when Lucky Deer are born, they're created similarly to the way that chicks are created from eggs, only, instead of hatching from eggs, Lucky Deer hatch from four-leaf-clovers. While they're still a clover, they use telepathy to look through their future owner's mind, and find a memory of the luckiest thing that's ever happened to them. This memory then gets transferred to the Lucky Deer's soul, and powers their fortune charm forever.
Some people keep Lucky Deer just as little good-luck charms for when they need them, but this idea is frowned upon by most. Lucky Deer are typically kept as pets as well as charms. They seem to bring more luck to owners who care for them.

Why I want to be a moderator: This thread was what sparked my interest in creating my own adoptables thread and I absolutely adore the design and concepts behind these deer. I loved my custom and would definitely order another if not for the amount of people who are ordering currently. In fact, I would want to be an artist, but my design and editing skills aren't so hot. >.<
What I would do if someone said, "Gee, these things are so ugly!":
A "That may be your own personal opinion, but we do not tolerate that sort of abuse pointed towards our artists' work. They have labored over creating something for others to enjoy, and if you refuse to look at it that way and continue to be disrespectful, we will ban you from participation on the thread."
What I would do if someone stole another person's deer:
A "Hello, XYZ!
It seems you have taken another person's deer without either the artist's or the owner's express permission. We don't allow that here, and these designs are only for the people who ordered them. Stealing art is also not allowed within the site.
We, as a team, ask you to stop using the stolen art and maybe order one of your own? All of the customs are free and we would love to help you find something suited to your individual style. If not, we will report you. This is a warning and a request."
