It's really just decided by the artist, of what they want the PR's rarity to be, although, in the near future, there might just be line differences...

In that case, I`ve seen some differences -

- No stripes
- Eye colour different from/same as stripe colour
- Two stripe colours
- Forehead colour different from/same as stripe/eye colour. Whew!

Just little stuff.
