Sorry I have been out of town all weekend and I realized that having a Halloween Event right after Halloween ended would be stupid, so instead of a Halloween Event it will be just a Candy Event.
The only real change is that instead of quoting it and saying " Happy Halloween!" please say "Candy Corn!"
