No , for these lines, use a app. Either paint for windows, or paintbrush for mac

i've never heard of it, but if it allows you to upload images and color them, that would work!

It allows you to color images and I add them to my tumblr then open the image in a new tab then put the link in the [img] things. Is that okay?
